Platinum packing service
Our flagship Platinum service is compulsory for all international moves that require export packing. We’ll also recommend it for high-value consignments travelling to Europe.
All our packing cartons and materials are specially designed for moving home both locally and overseas. They are strong enough to stack in the vehicle or container, without crushing, so that everything is protected properly throughout the journey.
Our boxes range from small book boxes, to large picture boxes, right the way up to our plasma TV box.

What's expected
- Collection of all furniture / personal effects as agreed at the point of quotation
- Carpet and stair protectors
- Bitz Box for the bed bits and various fittings
- Bespoke boxes for TV's and large pictures packed by our crews
- Full, detailed, coloured and numbered inventory (not required for UK moves)
- Mattresses, sofas and armchairs wrapped in high-quality, thick plastic bags
- Packing materials / boxes supplied and delivered if agreed at the point of survey
- Hanging wardrobe boxes if agreed with your surveyor or move manager
- Packing of all fragile items such as glass and china etc.
- Packing of all non-fragile items such as clothes, books, pots and pans etc.
- Dismantling and reassembling of beds (can be added as an optional extra)

You relied on us to do the work for you when you left your old home, so why not let us take the strain when you arrive too by selecting our ‘full destination service’. This service is compulsory on all international relocations.
If you choose a full destination service, when your consignment arrives we will unwrap your furniture and position it for you to make you feel at home straight away. If we dismantled furniture for the removal (such as beds, wardrobes, tables, etc.) we’ll reassemble it for you so it can be used immediately.
All the cartons will be unpacked and the contents placed on surfaces ready for you to pack away into cupboards and drawers. If you don’t want all the cartons unpacked, we’ll place the remainder in the right rooms making it easy for you to do later. We’ll take all the rubbish away and will even push the vacuum cleaner around before we leave. Perfect!
